INFORMATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
GESTION PATRIMONIAL GUYATT SL (from here on DEZANOVE HOUSE) is the party Responsible for the treatment of personal data of the Guest and informs that the data will be treated according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 from the 27th of April (GDPR) and the Ley Orgánica 3/2018 from 5th of December (LOPDGDD), for which the following information on the data treatment is provided: 
Purpose of the treatment: Legitimate interest of Dezanove House: due management of rentals of the property. Consent of the guest: to send communications on products or services. 
Criteria for maintenance of the data: data will be kept for not more than the time needed to carry on the purpose of the data treatment and when it is no longer needed, it will be discarded with the necessary security measures to guarantee the anonymization of data or its total destruction.
Communication of data: your data can be shared with companies with which DEZANOVE HOUSE has agreements for tax or accountancy purposes, also for CCTV of the property or for legal obligation. 
Rights of the Guest 
- Right to withdraw consent at any moment
- Right of Access, rectification, portability and suppression of its data and to the limitation or opposition to its treatment. 
- Right to present a claim before the Control Authority (www.aepd.es) if considers that the treatment has not been done according to the prevailing regulation.

INFORMATION FOR THE TREATEMENT OF CCTV INFORMATION
GESTION PATRIMONIAL GUYATT SL (from here on DEZANOVE HOUSE) is the party Responsible for treatment of the personal data of the Guest and informs that this data will be treated according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th of April (GDPR) and the Ley Orgánica 3/2018 of the 5th of December (LOPDGDD), for which the following information of its treatment is provided:

Purpose of the treatment: security and control of the premises through CCTV system. 
Legitimation: Article 6.1.e of GDPR
Criteria of data maintenance: it will be kept for a maximum of 30 calendar days. 
Comunication of the data: it will not be communicated to third parties, except for security forces or for legal obligation. 
Rights of the guest:
- Right to Access, rectification, portability and suppression of its data or the limitation or oposition to its treatment. 
- Right to present a claim before the Control Authority (www.aepd.es) if it considers that the treatment does not follow the current regulation.

INFORMACIÓN PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES
GESTION PATRIMONIAL GUYATT SL (en adelante DEZANOVE HOUSE) es el Responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales del Interesado y le informa que estos datos serán tratados de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 de 27 de abril (GDPR) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de 5 de diciembre (LOPDGDD), por lo que se le facilita la siguiente información del tratamiento:
Fines del tratamiento: Por interés legítimo del responsable: gestión necesaria para el alquiler del alojamiento. Por consentimiento del interesado: el envío de comunicaciones de productos o servicios.
Criterios de conservación de los datos: se conservarán durante no más tiempo del necesario para mantener el fin del tratamiento y cuando ya no sea necesario para tal fin, se suprimirán con medidas de seguridad adecuadas para garantizar la seudonimización de los datos o la destrucción total de los mismos.
Comunicación de los datos: sus datos podrán ser cedidos a las empresas con las que DEZANOVE HOUSE tiene contratada la gestión contable y fiscal, así como la videovigilancia de las instalaciones o por obligación legal.
Derechos que asisten al Interesado:
- Derecho a retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento.
- Derecho de acceso, rectificación, portabilidad y supresión de sus datos y a la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento.
- Derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la Autoridad de control (www.aepd.es) si considera que el tratamiento no se ajusta a la normativa vigente.

INFORMACIÓN PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS VIDEOVIGILANCIA
GESTION PATRIMONIAL GUYATT SL (en adelante DEZANOVE HOUSE) es el Responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales del Interesado y le informa que estos datos serán tratados de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 de 27 de abril (GDPR) y Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de 5 de diciembre (LOPDGDD), por lo que se le facilita la siguiente información del tratamiento:
Fin del tratamiento: seguridad y control de las instalaciones a través de un sistema de videovigilancia.
Legitimación: Artículo 6.1.e del RGPD
Criterios de conservación de los datos: se conservarán un máximo de 30 días naturales.
Comunicación de los datos: no se comunicarán los datos a terceros, excepto a las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad o por obligación legal.
Derechos que asisten al Interesado:
- Derecho de acceso, rectificación, portabilidad y supresión de sus datos y a la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento.
- Derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la Autoridad de control (www.aepd.es) si considera que el tratamiento no se ajusta a la normativa vigente.
